Community Manager

TVGla is currently seeking an Community Manager to come on board and join our busy Social Media team.

Responsibilities

If you Snap all day and night and can’t get out of bed before seeing your favorite YouTube celebrity’s latest vid, then you should apply to be a Community Manager at TVGla.

At TVGla, Community Managers are the strategic voice of our partners communities. Being inside these communities everyday posting content, and monitoring and moderating conversation, they are expected to be the best authority on how their communities will react to new content or ideas, so we rely heavily on their insight and strategic evaluation.

Community Managers work hand in hand with our Social Analysts as they cooperatively uncover valuable and actionable insights for the development of content, community growth and engagement.

At the heart of the Community Manager role is the relationship they have with their communities. Community interaction is the centerpiece of our Community Manager role, and our Community Managers must be strong writers and understand when and where to interact.

 

Skills

 

  • 2-3 years social media or content creation experience
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Multi-tasker
  • Understanding of social analytics
  • Understanding of social workflow, distribution, and analytics software options
  • Experience managing social media buys
  • Opinions on the social media space
  • Experience working in the Entertainmet industry is a plus
